If your guests need any assistance throughout their stay we will be available to help them. If an emergency occurs at the property i.e leaking pipe, our technician will contain the problem to prevent any further damage occurring. You will be advised of the problem and any additional cost involved should further repairs be necessary. Repairs will be carried out under supervision upon your agreement to any necessary costs and authorisation for work to commence. |

Key Holding |

Key holding is a vital service in rental property management. This service enables us to carry out our services effectively and in the allocated time frame, as well as giving direct access for guests arriving day or night. We will also ensure that keys are collected and the property inspected prior to departure. We will replace gas bottles when necessary (charge for gas bottle at cost) We can also hold your P.O. Box key and collect any mail, this can be scanned and emailed to you. A professional friendly member of our team will welcome guests at the property advising them how to use all appliances, i.e. air conditioning, washing machine etc., at the same time answering any questions your guests may have. An information pack containing details of local attractions, events and useful telephone numbers, including our 24 hour contact number which will be on hand for your guests. An inventory of your property will be carried out when our management commences, checks will be carried out following each let and you will be informed of any missing items or breakages. If your property has not been used for a while stale water is flushed though, leaving clean fresh water in the pipes. |
